Advertise in the MTRA Newsletter

 

                The Minnesota Trail Riders Association is putting our newsletter together for the 2013 season and would like to include you in their list of supporters. 

             The MTRA's primary purpose is to “promote recreational, equestrian trail riding by: the promotion, development, and maintenance of trails; the distribution of trail riding information, and coordination of, and cooperation with government agencies and private individuals.  With your help and the MTRA membership, we will be able to continue supporting our recreational equine facilities in our local and state parks and forests in Minnesota with trail maintenance and upkeep of the camping facilities. 

              This home page ad will be a rotating billboard ad with direct linkage to your own home page website. All other advertisers will be listed on a secondary supporters page with direct linkage to their own website, also.  Whether tack supplies, trailers, feed dealers, clothing or trail riding and camping area ads, your ad will be viewed by our membership along with others who visit our website.  We will still be mailing out a hard copy of the newsletter to all members and our full year advertisers will continue to receive a complimentary copy.

             We would like to receive your photo ready ad by Jan.20th for insertion in the mid February newsletter issue.  The number of publications for 2013 will be 6, combining the June/July, August/Sept, and Oct/Nov issues.

            We would greatly appreciate your photo ready ad by the 10th of the month (deadline for the Feb. issue is Jan.20th) for insertion in the following months issue.  Newsletters are published in Mid February, April, May, June/July, August/September, and October/November and are received in the homes during the first week of that published month.  If you have an email address or a particular phone number to reach your advertising contact, please include it with your payment, so we can keep in touch for any ad changes that you may want done throughout the year. 

 

 

            The specs for Billboard advertisements on the web page:

 

1) The image should be 335 pixels wide x 176 pixels tall. (We will re-size for an additional $10.00 fee).

2) Text that will be displayed if a user puts the mouse over the image. 

3) A link to your web site, if you have one.
